VeriSign Installation Failure
For some reason, the VeriSign software product could not be installed on your system. This may be a result of the security settings active in your browser, or it may be because you answered "No" to the browser's Security Warning dialog.
Answers to Some Common Questions:
Why do I get an ActiveX error message when I try to install the software?
When this error message is displayed it is due either to the fact that your Internet security settings set to 'High', or your settings have been customized such that ActiveX is prevented from downloading the software. In order to install the Verisign software, you must have ActiveX controls enabled. In order to do this:

Go to Tools -> Internet Options. Select the Security tab.

Click on the Internet icon;

Click the button labeled Default Level;

Click the button labeled OK;
If you see that your security setting is already Medium, please read below in order to troubleshoot further. If you would like to try the installer again, simply scroll down and click the button labeled "Try Again".
Why do I get a Security Warning that asks me if I want to install and run the VeriSign software?
Your security settings are set so that you are prompted before any programs are installed on your machine. The dialog box is just asking you to confirm that you want to install the VeriSign software. You need to click "Yes" in order to benefit from VeriSign's multilingual software product.
I received no other Windows error messages, but the install still failed. What's wrong?
If you're running Windows NT, Windows 2000 or Windows XP, verify that you have the Administrative privileges required to install applications. Check with your system administrator if you are uncertain about the status of your system privileges.
Please make the appropriate changes and click "Try Again" to go back to install the software or "Continue" to go to the website you typed in the address bar of your browser - note the multilingual characters will not be displayed if you click the 'Continue" button.
